Lil Toot
This lil toot knows he's not supposed to put his feet on the table. So, of course, he likes to scoot his chair back and hang his foot riiiiight over the ledge! And this is usually accompanied by one of his bigger smiles of the day.
It's pretty hard not to laugh!
This cutie is also getting very tall! His mama didn't realize he could now reach the mixer bowl (which was full of 3 cups of powdered sugar). At least he was going to share his spoils with me!
Love these cheekies!

NSHS Reunion and Visiting Mimi and Pops
This weekend was our 15 year high school reunion! I love that we've all stayed friends for sooooooo long ;)
Drew enjoyed playing with Mimi and Pops while I was at the reunion. Mimi taught Drew that there were Smurfs on Noah's Ark....
And Pops gave Drew an apple, which Drew LOVED to bite on...and then spit pieces of onto the floor! I love this pic because Drew is using LEFTY to help eat the apple. Big progress is being made with his recovery, thank the Lord! YAY!!

Spring Fling and Update
Last weekend Drew's MDO held a Spring Fling. He LOVED the petting zoo and overall had a good time. A couple of other kids didn't have such a good time, due to our little man. First he ran up and stole a little girl's basket and dumped all the eggs out. She was probably 8 and her basket was super fuzzy. Drew grabbed it, put his face on it and said "Night Night" and cuddled that basket so much. Oops. Then, he saw another little girl, about 5 years old, with cotton candy. He ran right over, tackled her and stole her cotton candy!! We have a lot of work to do with this little man! He's my precious boy and I sure do love him! Enthusiasm is definitely one of his stronger character traits. I really don't think he was trying to be mean, either time. We just have to work on noticing other people's feelings.

Drew preferred playing with the Cozy Coupes to Easter egg hunting!
Now this was pure orneriness! Pulling the goat's ear!!
We're continuing to try to figure out these seizures. Not fun. Long story short - we had a hospital stay in March due to some pretty major seizures. Drew's on seizure medication now and it will take some time and adjustment to get the dosage right. We would love your prayers as our precious boy goes through all of this. You can't tell from the pictures, but he has a lot of work ahead of him as far as recovery from his March seizures.

Recent Happenings
My sweet lil monkey with his lil monkey!
Drew still prefers sleeping with no blanket. For a long while he looooved sleeping with the blanket his Aunt Jo made him, but now he throws everything out of the crib except his monkey. And he seems perfectly content with staying in his crib, so we plan on sticking with that for awhile. He looks like such a little baby to me when he sleeps like this...

Matt put his jacket on Drew. Drew loved it...can't you tell??? He looks sooo tiny!
Cutest sad face EVER!
The other day it got strangely quiet in the house. I looked in the kitchen and saw that Drew had pulled the loaf of bread off the counter, unwrapped it and was digging in! He even shared with Molly (a common occurrence, unfortunately)! My lil carb-luva!
In February, Drew had a couple more seizures. We are still undergoing testing so please keep him in your prayers!!!!

Aggies & Longhorns
I had camera issues around the time of the last Aggie/Longhorn game, so I never got around to posting pics from the game. This was the last matchup between A&M and UT and let's just say we think that's a good thing! The fans from both sides were horrible and it was a terrible atmosphere. I was hoping to show Matt & Dean what a great place A&M is, because I really enjoyed my time in College Station. I don't think they quite saw the A&M I knew. We were expecting a really fun last game, but left with a pretty sour taste in our mouths. Matt even got pushed twice by (different) Aggies while just walking around (wearing orange). And I heard a LOT of really nasty talk from the Longhorns (we sat in the UT section). BUH BYEEEEEEEEEEEe to Texas University. So long to the orange and the white (and I know they feel the same)! It was fun while it lasted.
My hubby and I under the century tree! This tree is the traditional spot for engagements at A&M. We're a "few" years late!
Fish Pond
This was the class gift from my Granddaddy's class of '38
We went looking for it and I was really shocked that it wasn't there! I couldn't believe they would've taken it out! Then, we looked a little further and they MOVED IT! I thought I was losing my mind there for a minute!
We rode a rickshaw over to North Side! Too bad they didn't have these when I was a student!
Best family pic we got with my camera! Drew stayed home with my parents (yay for grandparents)!!! Drew was wearing a longhorn tshirt and an aggie hoodie! Baby divided!
