Lamb meatballs with asparagus orzo!  I have never been a fan of lamb, so I'm not sure why I thought I might like this!  The orzo was great and I would've loved the meatballs of they were beef.  The meatballs had pine nuts, cumin, fresh parsley, shallot and garlic.  Gourmet, but Drew was the only one in our family who liked the meat!  This recipe did make about 4 times what is shown here.  One win/one lose with plated so far!
