This is my handsome hubby, pre-Movember. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Movember, it is a "charity" event that runs the month of November.
http://us.movember.com Guys grow mustaches "for mens health." I say that in quotes for two reasons:
1.) Matt had no idea which charity the mustache growing was actually for when he signed up
2.) He didn't get any sponsors and, therefore, did not raise any money for "charity."
ALTHOUGH, when asked WHY (OH, WHYYYYYYYYYYY??) did he grow a mustache, his first response was "for charity."
It then evolved.
And by evolve I mean quickly spiraled downward into a bargaining tool. This guy decided he would not shave his mustache on November 31st. Oh, no. He would keep the mustache unless I agreed that he did not have to participate in the annual family Christmas photo. Oh, my dear, I do believe we are equally yoked in the stubborn department! Below you can see the progression of the legendary mustache. If you feel so inclined to donate to "charity," please send donations to the "I Did Not Sign Up to Marry a Trucker" fund. Thanks so much. I call this the "Trucker."

The 'stache couldn't just leave politely, quietly, without a fuss. The 'stache had to leave us in phases.
I call this the "Mariachi."
'Stache Phase 3
I call this the "Chaplin."
The "Hitler" would've been a more obvious choice, but look at that face! You can't help but laugh!
Thankfully, Phase 3 was the final stage.
