Dallas Aquarium

It's hard to believe that after all the years we've lived in Dallas, we've never been to the aquarium. It was awesome!! It was really more of a jungle/rainforest exhibit than a true aquarium, but very very cool. The babies loved it. Drew especially liked the "Pintada" and Katelyn loved pretty much everything! The only thing Drew didn't like was the Mayan dancers - ha!

Drew and Emma are SO cute together! She's 10 weeks older and reaches out to grab him. He just laughs and laughs at her. He thinks she's pretty fun!

4 Months Old 5.26.10

Drew turned 4 months old on May 26th! We just went to his 4 month appointment yesterday though. He weighed 16lbs 11oz, was 26 inches long and his head was 16 inches around. He also got vaccinated at his appointment and he has been in pain, poor babe. Overall, a healthy report though! Love that boy!!!

Suzie Visits!

Matt's fabulous cousin, Suzie, came to visit! She jumped right in and experienced life as a New Mexican...aliens, caverns, Mexican breakfast and all! She was soooo sweet to come down and watch Drew while I finished up my month at work. THANK YOU!!!

First Mother's Day!

I LOVE this boy! So glad to be his Momma!

We celebrated Mother's Day with my mom on Saturday with a brunch at home. Then, on Sunday the 3 Fleas went to church and then to IHOP to celebrate. :)

Bluebonnets 2010

For those of you not from Texas, annual bluebonnet pictures are a must for Texas kiddos. Lady Bird Johnson made it her mission to beautify the highways in Texas and had bluebonnets planted along the sides of the highways. This pic was taked outside of Abilene. We pulled over the car on the way home from Dallas and crossed the access road to this little field. The first thing I saw was a hole in the ground. Matt said it was a snake hole (!) so we put Drew down in his carseat, snapped a pic and ran back to the car! I had planned on a cute pic on a blanket or in his bumbo, but this will do. Don't judge that we still took the pic even though there were snake holes! HAHA
